WELCOME TO THE 2012/13 SEASON
Throughout the season, all Age Groups will be required to assist with volunteer work such as set up, pack up, canteen and BBQ. The Club is run by volunteers and relies on the help of parents to run the competition nights.
Volunteer duties include:
Set up (min 4 helpers) – arrive at grounds at 5.45pm to set up equipment for night’s competition
Pack up (min 4 helpers) – pack away equipment at end of night
Canteen (min 2 helpers) – assist in canteen with serving and pack up
BBQ (min 2 helpers) – cook and serve BBQ supplies for canteen
Officials – all parents will be requested to help when available before each night commences.
