REMEMBER the AGM and Presentation Night is this Friday 27th April starting at 6.00pm. The event is at Beaumont Hills Primary School, The Parkway, Beaumont Hills. (down from IGA)
Kids should wear uniform or rep shirts. BBQ, drinks, lollies, tea and coffee will be available for purchase.
Major raffle will be drawn at 8.00pm, so make sure that all outstanding money and unsold tickets are returned at the start of the night. A committee member will be collecting from 5.00pm. Names will be marked off and any missing tickets will be followed up, so don’t forget them!!

This will be our last night for this season, your last chance to compete with your friends for 6 months, come along and enjoy the night.

Next Friday we hand over to Soccer, there is a lot of work that has to be done including packing everything back into the shed. Tony will packing the Shed Saturday morning from 7:30am to 10:30am, many hands make light work. We would appreciate as many parents as possible come and help.
Cross Country is scheduled for April 15th at Crestwood Oval Baulkham Hills between 10am & 11am.

Unfortunately due to the heavy downpours of previous days, our grounds at Hills Centenary Oval have copped a beating. The Committee has made the decision that the grounds are too water logged and that conditions on the field are too dangerous for the kids to compete. We have also decided to POSTPONE our last night (tonight) and have re-scheduled our end of season for next Friday 16th March - same time same place (weather permitting!!)
The Committee will be at the grounds tonight from 6.00-7.00pm to allow for parents to return raffle money and to hand out information on our Presentation Night (see post on website for more info). We would be more than happy to see you there if you wanted to pop down – even for a chat!!
We would hate to end our season with another rain-out, so we have pushed everything back a week. Hopefully most of you will be able to make next week, but we fully understand if you have already made other arrangements. We understand it may be frustrating not to run tonight, but we also hope that you can understand how tough it was for us to make that call. Cheers. Amanda Burke (President)
